How long is my project expected to take?
Your project will vary based upon the terms of agreed upon services, turn around time of requested materials and timing of specific communications. Your agreement should detail an estimated timeline to complete your specific project.
Our employee training work is likely to be on-going. Do you have a retainer to continue to work with us?
Yes, we do have an on-going consulting and done-for-you retainer program. Our retainer fees start at $1375.00 per month.
Could you review our SOPs periodically?
Yes. We are happy to help you maintain a level of quality in your standard procedures and employee training. Our review retainer packages start at $1475 per month.
How do we assess training effectiveness, test results, and system reports?
We would be happy to train your employee in how to analyze and interpret training effectiveness, test results, and employee reports. We could also analyze these for you and report to you the findings each month or annually. Our rates begin at $245 to $877.
Our training in the Employee Training Portal does seem to work. We still have problems.
Let us review your SOPs, checklists, training documents, etc. and review your training records. Our experience in instructional training design for adults often expose areas of learning gaps for specific learners. Select between our “A Little Help” or “Getting Started” plans.

Our industry laws and regulations often change over time. How can we ensure that our SOPs, and training are up-to-date?
We monitor changes to specific law areas, such as in HIPAA, employment law, and privacy and security. We can be retained to help you keep your policies and procedures up-to-date and make changes where appropriate in your training materials. Our Regulation and Compliance retainer fee starts at $998 per month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Cancellations are possible with a written 45-day notice. This allows us to wrap any outstanding work and prepare to pass along work product and work tasks to your designee.
What types of payment terms and payment options do you offer?
Your billing cycle is determined by the nature of your project and is set forth through your agreement. Payments are generally offered at 30-day, 15-day, and immediate terms. We accept most credit and debit cards, business checks, and cash.
I'm having cash flow issues. How does that effect my project?
If your payment becomes past due, late fees are applied as allowable by applicable law. If you are experiencing difficulties in making payments (timely or otherwise), notify us immediately. We may be able to assist you.
Do you offer refunds and/or guarantees?
We regret any service not performed to your satisfaction. We are not infalliable or perfect. We pride ourselves in giving 110% to all of our clients. We hope that any that become dissatisfied with us will allow us the opportunity to make amends.
We, however, do not offer refunds or guarantees. We do offer an open cancellation policy where your designated contact can write us regarding your cancellation 45-days prior to the end date.
I can not access my services.
If your payment is past due, your account may experience a service disruption. Access to online resources, services, and support are suspended until the account becomes current.
If your account experiences a service disruption, a reinstatement fee may be applied to your account and is due immediately. Any discounts applied to your account ceases and fees become billable at normal rates. All outstanding fees must be paid to reinstate your account.
Frequent service disruption notifications may make your account ineligible for reinstatement and all fees become due immediately. Check your service agreement for details.
