Mrs. Cherisa Chapa is the founder and head task master for Recharge Consultants LLC (formerly known as Recharge Digital Consultancy). Mrs. Chapa enjoys using her education, skills, and experience in business, marketing, and information technology to help small to medium businesses, especially healthcare providers, lead their organizations with CARE.

Mrs. Chapa is an Accredited Small Business Consultant (STEM Approach), a certified Training Consultant, and a member of multiple professional associations, including the American Marketing Association, the American Health Information Management Association, the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, and more.

Motivation
Mrs. Cherisa Chapa, ASBC®, started Recharge Consultants LLC to aid small businesses with implementing standards in their organization, thus allowing her to help provide for the needs of her family. However, that wasn’t the only motivation. Her oldest son was born with autism. Although he is a high-functioning, bright individual, like most with a disability, he will have challenges supporting himself as an adult. By joining the family business, he will have a better opportunity to be self-sustaining. The goal is for both sons to enjoy working in the family business.
