Do you offer refunds and/or guarantees?

We are very sorry any service was not performed to your satisfaction. We are not infallible or perfect. We pride ourselves on giving 110% to all of our clients. We hope that anyone who becomes dissatisfied with us will allow us the opportunity to make amends. We, however, do not offer refunds or guarantees. We provide a cancellation policy.

Can I cancel at any time?

Cancellations are possible with a written 45-day notice. This will ensure we can wrap up any outstanding work and prepare to pass along the work product and tasks to your designee. Please have a look at your Engagement Letter for your specific cancellation terms. 

How long is my project expected to take?

Your project will change based on the terms outlined in the Engagement Letter based on the agreed-upon services, turn-around time of requested materials, and timing of specific communications.

Improving security posture requires an organization to have clear visibility into its current posture and the risks and threats it faces. Organizations also need customizable tools to identify gaps in their unique security programs and controls and solutions that help eliminate those gaps.

Our industry laws and regulations often change over time. How can we ensure that our SOPs and training are up-to-date?

We monitor changes to specific law areas, such as HIPAA, employment law, and privacy and security. We help you keep up-to-date policies and procedures and change your training materials where appropriate. Our Regulation and Compliance retainer fee starts at $998 per month.

Employee Training Systems

Our employee training work is likely to be on-going. Do you have a retainer to continue to work with us?

Yes, we do have an ongoing consulting and done-for-you retainer program. Our retainer fees start at $1375.00 per month.

Could you review our SOPs periodically?

Yes. We are happy to help you maintain quality in your standard procedures and employee training. Our review retainer packages start at $1475 per month.

How do we assess training effectiveness, test results, and system reports?

We would happily train your employees to analyze and interpret training effectiveness, test results, and employee reports. We could also analyze these for you and report the findings monthly or annually. Our rates begin at $245 to $877.

Our training in the Employee Training Portal does seem to work. We still have problems.

We’d review your SOPs, checklists, training documents, and training records. Our experience in instructional training design for adults often exposes areas of learning gaps for specific learners.

I’m having cash flow issues. How does that effect my project?

Late fees may apply according to applicable law if your payment becomes past due. If you need help making payments (timely or otherwise), please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to help you.

What types of payment terms and payment options do you offer?

Your billing cycle is determined by the nature of your project and is set forth through your agreement. Payments are generally offered at 30-day, 15-day, and immediate terms. We accept most credit and debit cards, business checks, and cash.

I can not access my services.

Your account may experience a service disruption if your payment is past due. Access to online resources, services, and support is suspended until the account becomes current. If your account experiences a service disruption, a reinstatement fee may be applied to your account and is due immediately. Any discounts applied to your account cease, and fees become billable at standard rates. All outstanding fees must be paid to reinstate your account. 

Frequent service disruption notifications may make your account ineligible for reinstatement, and all fees become due immediately. Please take a look at your service agreement for details.
